Most girl’s tell their daddies that they want a horse. Some can only aspire while some live the dream! I had the honor of second shooting at Chris and Brian’s wedding last weekend. I jump on any opportunity to second shoot. It’s all about creativity (if you know me, you know I’m your detail getter) plus no pressure. Gotta love that! Well Chris has grown up on the back of a horse and wanted Gypsy (her horse) to play a very key role in her big day. She even rode Gypsy down the aisle! After a hot and cicada filled ceremony, we headed off to Forest Park with Gypsy in tow. I counted 11 bridal parties in the park that day but none had the horse factor! Yes I got carried away taking pictures with the horse, but who can blame me? I’m still the girl who wants her daddy to buy me a horse! Thought I would share! I think the best was having Chris, Brian and Gypsy climb this huge rocky hill only to stand in a stream. Gypsy probably thought we all were a little crazy but the pictures from this session rock! The reception was too fun. It was held at Farmount Park. Can you hear Call to the Post being played in your head! Again that rocks! Chris knew how to bet on the ponies and had won every race prior to us photogs leaving. Here is to a life of luck and happiness Chris and Brian.
